For a private evening rather than a party, Prestige Club Escapes rents couples-only themed rooms by the block at three locations in Franklin Park, Midlothian and Chicago. One caution for older couples: Young Couples Party in the western suburbs limits membership to ages 21 to 42.
Downstate Illinois is thin, and couples near the Metro East often look to St. Louis.
